Hey everyone I wanted to take the time to introduce a very hard working up and coming Pop singer named Jakia to you! She is a very hard working Singer/Song writter from Dallas Texas, with a lot of personality. She enjoys every kind of music that she can connect with in one way or another. It was that spirit that brought her to be a background vocalist to Local Dallas singer, Mahogany.
Jakia is also not your typical Pop indie artist, she has done writting of all types of music from Urban, R&B to Country. She is very hands on with the production of her songs, image and upcoming self-released album. I would say her style is unique because she has the ability to write, produce and is also very pasionate about her dancing performances. Just after speaking with her from time to time her drive shines through as a hard working individual aspiring to be, and in someways broken into the business as the talented singer that she is.
